Our Livelihood programme aims to protect and support the livelihoods of people residing in households close to the mine site that experience disturbances during the construction stage, including local herders within the mine site district, Khanbogd soum.
Depending on the severity of disruption experienced and their proximity to our mining activities, affected households are entitled to a variety of assistance measures, such as:
The support package offered to affected households is developed in collaboration with the local authorities, community members and the households themselves through working group meetings, individual visits and focus group consultations. The programme is expected to assist approximately 80 households throughout the construction phase.
